An established Engineering business based in Tonbridge - Kent, who provide specialised products to a range of customers in the market.
Your new role
* Process purchase ledger invoices in a timely and efficient way.
* Maintenance and upkeep of the purchase ledger master file, investigating and resolving anomalies or elevating to senior staff where appropriate
* Ensure that all invoices are approved prior to processing, raising anomalies to a manger where necessary.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of the purchase ledger balances by the reconciliation of supplier statements, liaising with suppliers as necessary.
* Prepare the purchase ledger month end accruals and prepayments in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the relevant month end timetable
