Supply Desk is currently recruiting for a History Teacher on a part-time basis, on a 0.8. This role is on a temp-to-perm perm basis and shortlisting for this positon is happening now, with interviews happening at the earliest convenience for the right candidate.

The School

This is a mainstream comprehensive school, based in Tunbridge Wells, and they are currently graded Outstanding by OFSTED.

The Role
• Teaching the History curriculum to KS4, potentially KS5 for the right candidate
• Planning and marking responsibilities
• Attending staff meetings, parent’s evenings and inset days


The Ideal Candidate
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching the UK History curriculum to KS4
• Experience and capability to teaching History to KS5 is not essential but would be desirable
• Must be DBS checked (Enhanced DBS preferable)
