To maximise rent and service charge income. Work collaboratively across the organisation so that annual rent reviews and service charges reconciliations are compliant. To effectively analyse service charge income versus expenditure.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within a similar role, and previous experience of working in a Housing Association.
