Are you ready for something new?

We are looking for someone to help our organisation grow by organising and supporting development activities at a management level. A key element of the role is to monitor and track statutory funding portals for new activity and messages, highlighting potential funding opportunities to the Leadership Team in line with our strategic objectives. As a charity, we provide support and opportunities to people, families and communities across the South East.

You’ll provide administrative and other support to the Chief Executive and wider Leadership Team as part of bid-writing processes. This involves coordinating the process and monitoring the timeframe for submission, consulting with colleagues and managers, and researching, gathering and sharing information. You will develop a strong understanding of Imago’s activities and services, and represent Imago at some partnership meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who has great attention to detail and excellent communication, IT, planning and organisational skills. Applicants should have experience of working in the voluntary sector in a development, administrative or fundraising role. You’ll need to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, and be able to take ownership of problems and find solutions.

The post is based in Tunbridge Wells with opportunities for hybrid working. Car driver essential as you will be expected to visit other offices.
