Customer Service Advisor
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
One day over the weekend (rota basis) – when working on the weekend rota, you will get one day off during the week!
Hythe – full time

My client is currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their existing and established team! The right person for this Customer Service Advisor role will be a self-starter, organised individual with a positive attitude towards delivering excellent customer service!

Duties are varied, but generally include:

• Providing high-level service to customers both over the phone and via email
• Accurately recording information on the system for a seamless customer experience
• Working to targets to ensure the most efficient service
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers regarding orders and queries to resolve any issues.

To be successful in applying for this Customer Service role, you will have/be:

• Previous experience in a customer service role; a call centre background would be ideal.
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Computer literate
• An enthusiastic approach to working and be self-motivated to work in a team and individually.
• Have the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
