Legal Receptionist - Part-Time

Experienced and reliable Receptionist sought for leading Law firm, based in Eastbourne.

We are seeking a friendly, efficient Receptionist to support this highly reputed and talented legal team! Playing a vital role in ensuring client needs are met, and in assisting the team with general administrative tasks. A high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in creating a positive and welcoming impression of the firm.

This role will be providing support to all teams and departments, covering a busy switchboard, taking calls for all offices and will cover the following general duties:

Taking all incoming calls and directing for each office and department as required
Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
Responsible for keeping all meeting rooms and spaces tidy and stocked with consumables as needed
Flower arrangements
Stationery stock
Checking ID of incoming staff and visitors
Checking remaining staff on all floors at the end of each day for security and safety

Salary: £20,670 (pro rata), 20 days holiday (pro rata) + BH’s and Xmas / New Year closure.
Hours: Part Time – 12:45pm – 5:15pm - Monday to Friday
Location: Eastbourne
