Job Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: £23-26,000


* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining sales records
* Assist in creating and updating sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
* Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address order-related questions
* Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
* Maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with finance for invoicing, and support sales team with administrative tasks


* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales-related tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
