Gooey Digital is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our fun and friendly team located in Bramling House, just on the outskirts of Canterbury.

Salary: Based on experience
Hours: The role offers a flexible/hybrid office and home working environment - 2 days per week in the office and 3 WFH.

The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and managing clients' digital strategies to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing objectives.
Some of their goals may include improved brand awareness, better lead generation, improved search rankings or a reduced cost per acquisition, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good understanding of SEO, Paid Media and Social Media in order to define the best strategic approach.
They will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, often acting as a liaison between our clients and the internal team at Gooey Digital.

Responsibilities & Duties
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Investigate and determine a client's business objectives and marketing requirements.
Plan and implement digital strategies for clients across SEO, Paid Media and Social Media.
Align work and objectives towards those goals.
Present work and strategic proposals to clients.
Attend weekly and monthly meetings (predominantly online) with our clients.
Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase ROI.
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
Create content plans for both internal and external written content.
Provide regular reports on performance metrics and related insights.
Keep abreast with new trends in digital marketing.
Excellent communication, written and organisational skills.

Requirements
Educational Requirements – Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager.
3 years of experience within SEO, Paid Media, Content Creation or Social Media.
A good understanding of Google Adwords campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology, such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz and Majestic is preferred
Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
