Maintenance Key Account Administrator

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks within the maintenance department. Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with customer contracts and agreed SLAs. Proactively build relationships with clients to gain their trust and ensure delivery of the highest levels of service.

Attributes required:
• Proficient in English both written and verbal
• Good IT skills essential
• Proactive with exceptional organisational skills
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of using joblogic software
• Experience in a similar role within a maintenance environment beneficial

Roles and Responsibilities:
The role is primarily, but not limited to, the following activities:
• First contact for all customers therefore must have outstanding customer service skills
• Work closely with engineers and support them to ensure they can deliver the highest levels of service to the client
• Monitor inbox to ensure emails are actioned and replied to in a timely manner
• Ensure all customer portals are updated daily
• Prepare and send customer reports
• Ensure that all maintenance attendance F-Gas records have been correctly completed and job sheets updated
• Prepare remedial quotations in a timely manner and send to clients for approval including any relevant reports
• Assist team members as required to ensure department workload is shared during busy periods
• Learn all service team activities to cover for absences or help others when required
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested that helps the company meet its objectives

Working Hours:
This is a full time position and the hours of work are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Annual Leave and Office Closures:
4 weeks holiday, plus bank holidays. After 2 years’ service, you will receive 1 additional day’s holiday per year. This is capped at 25 days annual leave.

The office is closed between Christmas and New Year, but you may be expected to work remotely in shift patterns with other members of the team, to support our client base.
