Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting permanent, full time (40 hours a week) Production Operatives on our rotating day / evening shift. Hours of work are as follows:

Week 1 - Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm – with a 30-minute paid lunch break
Week 2 – Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm – with a 30-minute paid lunch break

What does the role involve?

Duties will include:
• Remove finished items from the machines, checking the quality, in some cases trimming them, performing some assembly and then
bagging finished items as required.
• Identify faulty/defective products and inform the supervisor/setter immediately to allow for corrective actions to be taken to resolve the
problem.
• Ensure that all packed product is assembled and labelled in accordance with the QC packing instructions. This includes adding your
individual clock number to each product outer label.
• Understand work instructions and packing procedures to complete the given task efficiently.
• Ensure that the level of housekeeping in the department is maintained at a high standard at all times (leave your work area at the end of
your shift as you would expect to find it at the start of your shift).

About You...(What are we looking for?)

We appreciate that a Factory setting is not for everyone – so ideally you will have previous experience of working in a production environment. Please be aware that some heavy lifting will be involved.
