Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to support a busy educational setting with their large volume of work, this contract will be ongoing until September and is an excellent opportunity not to miss out on!

Duties:

• Organising onsite interviews and process offers in a timely manner
• Answering enquiries from third parties
• Assessing funding eligibility and status, overseas status, and prior achievements (this may involve translating of overseas qualifications to support the entry requirements.
• Processing enrolments, withdrawals, transfers and changing of details
• Data entry
• Maintenance of timetables and registers as required

To be considered you will:

• Hold a current/valid DBS
• Experience of data processing in a high-pressure environment
• Good level of Education including GCSE of equivalent passes in English and Maths
• High level of accuracy and organisational skills
• Experience working within an educational setting is preferred but not essential
• Computer literate
• Able to demonstrate awareness of GDPR
