Assistant Quantity Surveyor Wanted in Hampton

The company consists of professionally qualified specialist skills in structural engineering, cost management and project management.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the senior QS, the successful candidate will be required to:


* Prepare budget estimates and elemental cost plans
* Produce Schedule of Works / Bill of Quantities
* Produce contractors' tender returns and detailed cost estimates
* Contract administration, valuations, final account process.

What you'll need to succeed


* 2+ years post graduate experience
* Proven track record of delivering success on residential projects
* A desire to work towards MRICS or MCIOB chartered status
* An ability to problem-solve, project manage and deliver client satisfaction
* An ability to work as part of a team and mentor others
