Title: Secretary/Administrator
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM

Your role:
Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office.
Opening daily post and distribution as required.
Arrange appointments and meeting rooms as required.
booking travel and accommodation for the technical team.
Answering the telephone and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
Production of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe.
Assisting with typing of large documents (Bids, Tenders etc.), when required.
Work on own initiative and as part of the wider admin support team.
Ideal person:
Previous Administrator experience within a professional office environment.
Solid experience in the Microsoft Office suite of software.
Good copy typing and formatting skills using Microsoft Office.
Able to work from the office full-time.
Desired but not essential:
Knowledge, understanding and experience working in the construction industry.
Working within a Quality Management System.
Willingness to travel between offices if required.
Drivers License and use of vehicle.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign software
