Our client is a multi-site, Chartered Accountancy Practice with offices in Kent and London. They are looking for an Accounts and Audit Semi-Senior to join their growing team based near Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has gained some experience within Practice and is looking to take the next step in their career.

As Accounts and Audit Semi-Senior you will work with clients from a range of industries – mainly limited companies but there may be some sole traders. Your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing year end statutory accounts
Reviewing and preparing VAT returns
Checking client bookkeeping and helping them with queries
Monthly management accounts
Assisting on audits
In order to be considered candidates must have recent Practice experience and be competent in preparing year end accounts. The role involves a lot of client contact so you will be confident to talk to clients and HMRC. This is ideal for someone studying ACCA or ACA or someone qualified by experience, a study package can be offered.
