Role Overview

We are looking for a permanent, full-time administrator to join our busy Sales Admin team, based at Gusbourne’s production site in Hunton, Maidstone. We aim to provide a smooth and trouble-free despatch process for our UK customers. In this role you will be processing website orders, preparing despatch documentation, tracking deliveries and resolving queries. The ability to problem solve and an eye for detail are essential.

Main Responsibilities
• The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Processing website orders and preparing gift messages
• Preparing pallet signs and printing courier labels
• Tracking deliveries on courier and haulier websites, resolving queries
• Liaising with couriers, hauliers and customers via e-mail and phone
• Maintaining stock records of packaging and point of sale items
• Processing stock returns
• Answering the phone, filing and general admin tasks as required
• Provide cover for other members of the Admin team where required by holiday or sickness
• Assist Despatch team during busy seasons by helping to pack orders

This role requires:
• A motivated individual who is reliable and meticulous
• Able to work well within a team and with other departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Microsoft Office including proficiency in Word and Excel

Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
