Formal qualifications are not essential, although previous experience of managing overdue accounts and debt chasing is essential. If you can combine this with a cool, calm and collected nature, number crunching expertise and excellent IT skills, then TN Recruits would like to hear from YOU!

Responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate records and data entry
Chasing receipts and invoices and other general administrative works
Performing new customer credit checks
Ensuring the smooth running of the company’s available credit
Focusing on specific debts and their recovery process
Sending chasing letters/emails when invoices are near due or overdue
Assisting with chasing retentions and resolving account queries and debt recovery
Assisting and liaising key member of the finance department to deliver an efficient and accurate credit control service
Sorting and distributing credit communications in a timely manner
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Supporting the credit control or debt collecting tasks and documentation

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Additional information: 4 week contract with real potential to go permanent. Full and part time options available.
