Your new role

The Assistant Building Surveyor job requires excellent communication skills both oral and written and consists of supporting the Building Surveying team to ensure that projects and tasks are delivered within the timeframe, assisting with the management of projects and tasks from start to completion ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will have ability to build relationships effectively and will assist with measured surveys, site inspections, preparing existing and proposed plans in CAD format. Your role will involve assisting in the review of existing and proposed plans, project administration and coordination, project design and specification , preparation of tender documentation and contract administration


What you'll need to succeed

You will be qualified in relevant construction related degree with Two years plus, relevant experience within the construction industry and have commercial awareness of the construction process.
You will have Technical knowledge in all main areas of Building Surveying with the ability Ability to deliver small to medium size project with minor support from senior staff. You will effectively manage own time, tasks and meet deadlines.
