A southeast London multi disciplinary consultancy seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with project team leader responsibility, to join an award-winning consultancy offering hybrid working.

Your new role
You will be working on a wide range of interesting projects across the main sectors such as housing, education, commercial, care and health. You and the team will be responsible for utilising resource to deliver projects within cost, time, and quality standards, and will have significant technical knowledge and experience. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to positively contribute and progress within a friendly, modern construction consultancy.

What you'll need to succeed


* Demonstration of self-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure

* Associate membership of RICS
* Relevant experience of leading interdisciplinary project teams
* Excellent core quantity surveying and project management skills
* A track record of managing programmes of work
* Excellent client interface skills
* Experience of managing complex building contracts.
* Undertaking cost analysis and producing detailed reports
* Support the production of monthly cash flow forecasts
