Are you a recent graduate with a passion for data analysis, market research, and strategic planning? Do you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Graduate Category Specialist and embark on an exciting career path in our dynamic industry!

Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights in the assigned category.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute category plans.
* Assist in creating and implementing pricing, promotion, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
* Monitor and analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven recommendations for product assortment, positioning, and pricing.
* Prepare and deliver category performance reports and presentations to internal stakeholders within the fresh produce team .
* Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business objectives.

Requirements:

* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
