Job Title: Junior Account Manager (Contracts Administrator)

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Location: Medway

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Account Manager with the administration of contracts, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and progress to a full Account Manager role within a couple of years.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with the administration of contracts, ensuring that all information is entered accurately and efficiently into the system
* Liaise with clients to obtain any missing information or documentation required to complete contracts
* Manage the contract renewal process and ensure that all parties are informed of any changes
* Develop an understanding of the company's products and services, and work with the Senior Account Manager to identify new opportunities for growth
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and act as their point of contact for any queries or issues that arise
* Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded
* Attend client meetings and take accurate notes for follow-up action
* Provide general administrative support to the Senior Account Manager and wider team as required

Requirements:

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Proactive attitude with the ability to use own initiative
* Ability to work well within a team
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Qualifications:

* A degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field would be desirable but not essential.
* Relevant experience in a similar role would also be considered.
