We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support to our client based in Gravesend.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising on HR policies and procedures, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations issues and investigations
Facilitate performance management and talent development processes
Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
5+ years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
HR certification CIPD
