Production Technician (Wiring/ Soldering)

Location: Rochester, on-site role.

Salary up to: £34,000, plus up to 33% shift allowance and overtime



The Production team: - Production Technician (Wiring/ Soldering)

As a Production Technician - Wiring/ Soldering, you will be a part of an integrated manufacturing/repair team. Building, wiring, assembling and inspecting complex electronic assemblies or sub-assemblies in accordance with manufacturing build instructions; ensuring build time and quality standards are met. You will gain internationally recognised IPC certifications for electronic assembly.



What you'll be doing as a Production Technician (Wiring/ Soldering):

* Wiring/soldering and assembling Electronic sub-assemblies and final assemblies
* Undertaking inspection or test where trained and requested to do so
* Working strictly to our MES electronic work instructions and to IPC standard



Willingness to be flexible to work one of our shift patterns will be greatly appreciated. There will also be a shift allowance up to 33% depending on the shift.



Your skills and experiences as a Production Technician (Wiring/ Soldering):

* Experience of wiring and soldering to a high standard (such as IPC standard)
* Experience with the defence, aerospace or electronics industry
