Maintenance Carpenters wanted in Kent and South London to start ASAP.

Hays Construction & Property is working in partnership with one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Carpenter.

You should have proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. You will have extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications in Carpenter maintenance.

The successful candidates should be competent at plumbing,carpentry,electrical and have an understanding of working within the all industries and have previous experience working in different environment .

You must also have a full clean driving licence. If you are a skilled and experienced Carpenter with the ability and qualifications to complete all aspects of maintenance repairs and planned preventative maintenance and you have a full Clean valid driving licence then do not hesitate to apply to this role.


Take the initiative to ensure that all processes, procedures and systems are carried out to the highest standard and ensuring that the service provided is in line with company standard. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions and operate in accordance with the instructions received.

Workplace Health and Safety Ensure all plumbing equipment is securely stored and maintained in a condition suitable for next use. Report any damage or breakage of property. Ensure that precautions are taken to protect property.

Ensure all security measures are taken where applicable. Ensure all maintenance and services of equipment is conducted on a regular basis and assure all set safety & security procedures are adhered to.
