Job Title: Junior Logistics Administrator

Location: Lympne, near Ashford, your own transport is recommended due to the location of the client

Salary: £22,000pa with your salary increasing as your learn more duties and responsibilities

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm + every Saturday 8:30am - 12pm

Team: You'd be working as part of an office of 15, including an Accounts, Traffic and Operations, Workshop, Warehouse and Customs department.

As the Junior Logistics Administrator your duties and responsibilities would be:

* Supporting the Export Manager and UK Planning Manager with Administrative tasks
* Recording holidays
* Processing work shop updates and requests
* Liaising with drivers
* Processing service sheets
* Inputting data relating to the drivers information, hours, routes etc
* Sending messages to drivers
* Support with any Project work
* Answering the telephone
* Responding to e-mails
* Filing

You'll need the following skills and experience to be ideal for this position:

* Some experience working within an office environment
* The ability to use MS Office, ideally formulas on Excel
* A resilient nature to work within the logistics industry
* You'd suit this role if you're strong minded and a great problem solver
* A desire to learn and develop your career within this sector
