Job Title: Credit Control Administrator

Location: Ashford, office based

Salary: £22,000

Hours: Monday-Thursday, Friday, 9am - 4pm

Team: You'd be working as part of a Credit Control team of 12 - made up of 7 Credit Controller and 5 Credit Control Administrators.

As a Credit Control Administrator your duties and responsibilities would be:

* Relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaising with other offices to resolve queries
* Providing copies of invoices and timesheets
* Scanning invoices and timesheets
* Chasing POs and adding them to the system
* Setting up new clients on the internal system
* Credit scoring new clients and setting credit limits
* Sending out monthly statements
* Ad hoc client reports/bespoke invoicing using Excel
* Cash allocation using Excel and Sage 200
* Processing card payments using Sage Pay
* Answering the phone and dealing with queries/passing on to the relevant Department

You'll need the following skills and experience to be ideal for this position:

* Experience within an office based role essential
* The desire to build a career within Finance/Credit Control
* A Team player with excellent communication skills
* The ability to prioritise tasks
* Self-motivated
