The role reports to the European Head of Project Management Office and is placed within the R & D PMO.

Position Highlights:
The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for driving the project on time, in full and on cost delivery with overall project leadership for a portfolio of projects across several brands, working to Stage Gate Process.
Th role involves the professional project management of new product launches and product changes for a portfolio of projects.
You will lead cross functional project teams, with responsibility for overseeing multiple projects from initial feasibility, through to launch implementation. 
The role will also include the management of R & D and Supply Chain projects across their European organisation.

Management Responsibilities:
Direct management over a small team of Junior Project Managers, with responsibility for ongoing mentoring and development of the PM’s when required.
Operational task management of the project teams that you manage.

Skills & Knowledge, we are seeking in an individual:
Proven experience in managing innovation and development projects, particularly within the fast moving consumer goods sector to achieve successful project outcomes.
The ability to manage complex cross functional projects with experience at managing and mitigating risk.
Experience with Agile PLM systems particularly desirable.
MS Project experience essential.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Effective communicator at all levels with good presentation skills and the ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations within large teams.
Solid organisational skills.
A bias for action with a professional and positive approach.
A willingness to go that extra mile.
Dynamic, self-motivated and self-sufficient.
Critical and strategic thinking – always looking for opportunities to improve.
Driving licence required 
Infrequent travel, ie. couple of European trips in first year and once per annum thereafter.
Any French language skills could be helpful although not essential.
