School Receptionist Secondary School in Eastbourne requires a School Receptionist to carry out temporary cover
Your new company
A secondary school in Eastbourne require a temporary School Receptionist to carry out cover during the spring term. The role is to start in March and is Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and is term time only on a temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be based on the main school reception meeting and greeting parents, pupils and visitors. You will be answering and transferring calls as well as taking messages. You will be checking in visitors in line with safeguarding and child protection as well as dealing with deliveries to the school.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience of working as a school receptionist or in a similar type of setting and will have excellent customer service and communication skills. Hays Education will be able to obtain recent satisfactory references that reflect that experience.
