Job Title: Dispatch Administrator

Salary: £23-26,000 (experience dependent)

Location: Sevenoaks

My client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Administrator to join their team. The Dispatch Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of goods and services to their customers, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods and services
* Schedule and assign deliveries to appropriate drivers or service technicians
* Monitor delivery progress, communicating with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve issues
* Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including tracking and reporting of delivery performance
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for dispatch

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Familiarity with dispatch software and inventory management systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
