Digital Sales Specialist – Barretts BMW/MINI Ashford

As a Digital Sales Specialist you will be responsible for delivering a premium first experience for all the incoming digital and telephone enquiries for both BMW/MINI as well prospecting existing customers to generate appointments.

Day to Day you will -
• Respond to all incoming enquiries through our online platforms and the incoming telephone calls
• Effectively prospect customers through our digital platforms to generate new sales leads for the sales teams in BMW/MINI
• Manage our existing customer data base to prospect existing customers to generate appointments and sales leads
• Contribute to achieve Team KPI’s to ensure the Digital Team earn their monthly bonus
• Complete manufacturer specific training to broaden your knowledge of both brands
• Receive in house training from both sales teams in order to develop your skills and work towards future progression within the business
• Be a representative of the Barretts Group to our customers

Experience:
No previous sales experience is required for this role, if you are an individual with a strong background in customer service and a real focus for hitting targets we would welcome your application. We believe in recruiting for the attitude and we provide training for the skills
