Varied hours between 7am – 8.30pm. 3 week rolling shift pattern, working every other weekend.
Folkestone – full time

My client are looking for customer service superstars to join their existing and established team of people who are up for any challenge!
The right person for this Customer Service Advisor role will be a self-starter, able to bring even more positive energy to the team.
This would suit an organised individual with a positive attitude towards delivering excellent customer service!

Duties are varied, but generally include:
• Providing high-level service to customers both over the phone and via email, through a positive attitude and desire to help others
• Accurately recording information on the system for a seamless customer experience
• Delivering an exceptional service to all stakeholders, always going the extra mile.
• Working to targets to ensure the most efficient service
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers regarding orders and queries and in order to resolve any issues for the customer.
• Take pride in the work you do through personal development and identifying areas that need additional training.

You will need to be flexible to take on other duties as required by the business.

To be successful in applying for this Customer Service role, you will have/be:
• Previous experience in a customer service role; a call centre background would be ideal
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Previous experience using computers
• Ability to work under pressure yet keep accuracy levels to the maximum.
• An enthusiastic approach to working and be self-motivated to work in a team and individually.
• A proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
• Ideally an interest in DIY!
