We are looking to recruit a Showroom Host to join our busy BMW/MINI showroom in Canterbury. You will be responsible for managing the customer experience whilst they are visiting the business, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
The successful candidate will be confident, smart, and efficient with strong customer service skills.
You will ask questions to establish the customers’ requirements and when appropriate assist our service customers to check in their vehicle.
You will work closely with sales and aftersales departments, ensuring customers are being attended to promptly.
You will manage the showroom environment and ambience, in accordance with operational guidelines.
