Cobb & Jones Recruitment Ltd is a market leading specialist in Accountancy & Finance Recruitment based in Kent. Established in 2018, with over 16 years’ experience in the finance and accountancy recruitment space in Kent, we are continuing to grow as a business and after a record year, we are looking to add an ambitious and pro-active Talent Acquisition Partner to the team.

We are looking for a target driven individual, with excellent communication and relationship building skills coupled with a tenacious and pro-active approach. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a key and influential part of the business, managing our talent attraction and candidate development stream.

Our offices are based centrally in Kent, on the outskirts of Maidstone and we are currently operating flexible working. The role would initially be office based to complete training but we will consider hybrid working once fully integrated.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the candidate market mapping process, including candidate project management in LinkedIn and via other CV job boards to
identify, attract and engage new candidates
• Pro-actively source new candidates to build our database and network of finance and accountancy professionals in Kent
• Pro-actively working the current non-active candidate database, re-engaging candidates and generating referrals where appropriate
• Undertaking candidate screening calls to qualify ‘gold’ quality candidates for consultants
• Supporting consultants in the recruitment and delivery process
• Working towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
• Ensure all activity is logged and up to date on the CRM allowing for strong database management and reporting
• Provide a great service to new and reactivated candidate and advocate for Cobb & Jones Recruitment as a brand, agreeing and
delivering against candidate service levels
• Pass market knowledge/sales leads onto the recruitment team
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and news and demonstrating strong market knowledge within the accountancy and finance sector in
Kent
• Undertake pre-employment checks and reference checks to achieve full compliance and create leads for new business relationships

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a sales role / environment (recruitment experience is desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with the team and manage relationships with candidates, building rapport and trust
• Target driven
• Attention to detail, organised and versatile with the ability to manage your own time
• A pro-active approach, reliable, hardworking and service driven
• People orientated with good soft skills and an inquisitive mind
