Stock Condition Surveyor

Up to £38745.00 per annum

Kent

Hays Specialist Recruitment Ltd

Your new company
This client is a well established Housing Association based in West Kent. They manage over 8000 homes across the Kent and South East region and build around 300 new homes a year.

The Housing Association has stock only within Kent, mainly in the Mid and West Kent areas, so travel will not see the surveyor travelling across multiple counties. Your new role

* You'll be a key member of the asset team, ensuring homes are compliant with all aspects of the decent home's standard and fire safety.
* You will carry out technical surveys of our homes and report on components condition; health and safety including HHSRS, and energy efficiency data used to generate EPC's.
* You'll play a key role in protecting the associations interests by ensuring any issues identified in the homes are reported and progressed through to completion, and that any poor condition components are identified and added to the planned maintenance programme.
