Sales Executive

Salary: £26-28,000

Location: Maidstone







Responsibilities:

* Acting as the first point of contact for customers
* Supporting External Account Managers in resolving queries and providing technical solutions
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Producing quotations and following up to convert to orders
* Proactively staying in touch with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Updating internal CRM system with client information

Requirements:

* Sales, account management, or customer service experience
* Good technical understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings
* Strong communication and IT skills
* Self-motivated and driven, technically astute, competitive and social
* Professional, positive, and approachable attitude
