Rochester, Kent

KW Automotive UK Ltd

We are looking for an office administrator
Now in our third decade of operation, KW Automotive UK offers customers the largest coilover suspension product portfolio on the market. Our Kent office contains R&D, assembly, training and warehouse facilities, and we also develop high-tech racing solutions for national and international motorsport teams and series. We also oversee UK distribution of ST Suspension and BBS Wheels.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated office administrator to join our team. Based in our office near Rochester, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing order processing: dealing with incoming requests, managing order preparation and overseeing dispatch. You’ll also be supported by our technical team to explain our products and to troubleshoot technical issues where necessary.

Communication skills are key: we pride ourselves on delivering exemplary customer service, and you will be keeping customers up to date on the status of their orders and stock availability. Accuracy and attention to detail will be your core targets.

The role would be ideal for someone who is interested in the automotive and aftermarket performance industry: there is the opportunity for the role to evolve in a more technical direction as the company continues to expand.

Salary and terms:
We’re offering a competitive salary. However, the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
