Patient Customer Experience Administrator WORKING FROM HOME

£19,600 to £20,600 pa, depending on experience and qualifications

Please note, although this is a working from home role, on the odd occasion you will be required to attend meetings in Ashford, Margate & Canterbury in Kent, therefore applications from the local communities would be reviewed favourably.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home as a Patient Customer Experience Administrator for an expanding private hospital. Our client is looking for enthusiastic and welcoming administrators to support a group of Consultants in differing speciality fields across their hospital sites in Kent.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to both patients and Consultants, while handling the booking of appointments for a variety of clinics, including outpatient & pre-assessment, plus inpatient bookings, while ensuring all clinic notes are prepared in advance of clinics.

This is a 37.5 hours per week role, over a 6 day week (Monday to Saturday), with Saturdays being approx. one in eight, plus occasional holiday or sickness cover. You will receive a healthy 30% enhancement for any Saturday worked. There are three shift patterns: 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and midday to 8pm (this late shift is approx once a fortnight), with Saturdays being 8am to 4pm.

The successful candidate will receive full IT kit and must have sufficient broadband speed at home. *Due to this role involving the use of several IT packages, a short IT competency test will be required for those candidates invited to interview.

Our ideal applicant will have Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above, proven experience in an administration environment with excellent IT skills (including Word, Excel & Outlook). Also, outstanding communication & customer service skills, together with an excellent phone manner, and must be a self-motivated team player who is organised and methodical, and flexible as and when the business requires.
