We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Business and Technology Change Lead for Charities Aid Foundation - CAF Bank. You will be an integral part of our award winning team where you will project manage multiple projects or programme workstreams, representing internal process enhancements and / or business/technology projects through to ownership of an enterprise wide programme workstream.

As our Business and Technology Change Lead your key responsibilities will include:
• Project managing multiple projects or programme workstreams
• Owning and manage issues and risks to ensure delivery timescales are maintained
• Play an instrumental role in supporting the successful execution of CAF Bank’s strategic vision and realisation of business wide benefits through implementation of change
• Managing key stakeholders relationships, internally and externally to ensure support and delivery for all workstreams


Skills required of our Business and Technology Change Lead:
• An in-depth understanding and experience of industry standard change, risk and project management principles, processes, and tools
• Analysis and business analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional inter-personal skills enabling engagement with all levels of staff, external organisations, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate awareness of the regulatory and statutory framework required of CAF Bank and apply these to project deliverables
