Event Production Co-ordinator/Administrator (office based)

This highly regarded production company is now looking for an Event Coordinator to join their close-knit and social team to deliver their events across the UK.


Responsibilities

The Production Co-ordinator will support Project Managers and Producers on all projects and all aspects of each project as well as day to day administration. This will include:

1. Scheduling
2. Co-ordinating travel and accommodation
3. Ordering and collection of equipment
4. Booking freelance personnel and suppliers
5. Making sure paperwork is completed and filed
6. Generally managing the Project manager’s and Producer’s expectations
7. Daily administrative office duties
8. Finance Data input
