Main Duties

- Using CRM system to schedule engineers work

- Preparing quote for service-related and remedial works

- Various admin tasks



Requirements

- Experience in a customer and engineer facing role

- Technical/engineering industry experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in scheduling workloads and day to day coordination
