Established in 1986, Martin & Co is now part of one the UK’s largest property franchise groups working alongside five other well-known property brands in a network of over 300 offices. Martin & Co is itself a well known and highly regarded estate agency, with nearly 200 offices throughout the UK.

A vacancy has arisen at our Tonbridge office, and we are now looking to recruit a negotiator who is able to take responsibility, enjoys getting results and is able to work well under pressure. Applicants do not need to have previous negotiator experience although it would be advantageous.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Negotiating between applicants and clients
Undertaking lettings/sales progression through to conclusion
Liaising with both renters and purchasers
Registering applicants
Matching requirements & arranging viewings
Conducting viewings
Assist in generation of new business both lettings and sales

The successful applicant will have:

Great customer service skills
Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
Ability to work under pressure
