Well established transport company specialising in the overnight national distribution of fresh produce to wholesale fruit and vegetable markets looking to recruit additional administrative support

Shift pattern; Monday – Friday + Alternate Sundays
Hours; Mon – Fri 1100 – Finish (2030 – 2130hrs) Sunday 1100 - finish (1800 – 2000hrs)

Job Type; Permanent

Location; Marden, Kent

Reporting to the Admin supervisor your duties will include;

Data / Order entry
Manifest creation/printing
Updating orders for various system allocations
Printing delivery notes
Ensuring drivers have relevant paperwork
Liason with warehouse operatives ref orders changes / amendments and updating system
Dealing with telephone enquires
Collating, checking & Issuing delivery notes

You will need;

To be flexible with regard to finish times due to the nature of the business
Ideally to be conversant with order entry
To have good attention to detail
To able to work as part of a team in a busy fast paced environment
To be an effective communicator
