I am currently working with an established company within the Medway area who are currently looking for a Sales Ledger / Credit Controller to join their Accounts Department

The ideal candidate would have experience:

* Using Sage 200 & Credit Hound software
* Raise sales ledger invoices/credits
* Credit checks to maintain customer credit limits and minimise bad debt risk
* Credit control - through to court action if required
* Produce customer statements and process remittance advices
* Working experience of CIS scheme - payment applications / retentions
* Filing and archiving as and when required
* Answer telephone calls and direct calls accordingly
* Processing of sales invoices
* Responsible for all Credit Control
* Dealing with invoice queries and discrepancies and liaising with colleagues regarding any accounts discrepancies
