We have a terrific opportunity for a motivated, creative Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at our Sittingbourne High Street shop

Salary - £10,500,

Hours - 21 hours per week,

Income generated from our charity shops goes to support the care for adults diagnosed with serious, life-limiting illnesses who live in the Medway and Swale area. We aim to make the journey – and that of their families – as comfortable as possible, creating special memories along the way. Hospice care is free of charge and can only be maintained thanks to the continued support of our donors.

We are looking for a passionate new team member who will be able to assist our Shop Manager in the day to day running of the shop.

Our wish list includes:

- Experience in either in commercial or charity retail
- Proven ability to meet income targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the charity retail sector
- Effective volunteer management skills
- A commercial eye for current trends
- Good literacy and numeracy skills

We are ideally looking for someone who is creative and from a charity retail background who can hit the ground running. We are willing to consider those with proven experience in other retail environments with a real passion and desire to succeed.
