As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for the following:

* Providing a high level of customer service a to a range of customers.
* Communication via fax, email and telephone.
* Taking and processing of customer orders.
* Handling and providing a resolution to complaints.
* Working with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the business process and procedure.

You should also have proven experience of the following:

* Customer Service.
* Taking and processing of customer orders.
* Dispute resolution.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
