Junior Business Analyst

12 Month FTC

Remote Working

(Travel to Kings Hill or London when required)

£35- £38,000 per annum



An exciting new opportunity has opened within an extremely successful Financial Services Business, our client is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

* Working amongst a team to identify and analyse the effects of change
* Analysing large data sets and identifying anomalies and ways to improve the business
* Ensuring that all new products adhere to the business requirements and standards
* Organise workshops to create business processes which do not already exist, using the most appropriate methods and techniques
* Evaluate already existing business processes identifying where amendments can be made
* Any other duties or tasks required

The Ideal candidate will have/ be:

* Previous experience dealing with conflict and process modelling, 'AS IS' and 'TO BE'
* Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties
* Meticulous attention to detail and a flexible approach
* Computer literate and confident using various database systems
* Able to identify where changes need to be made to improve and achieve accuracy
* Confident public speaker and presenting in front of colleagues and clients
* Any formal BA certification a real advantage
