Due to a high demand for warehouse and production operatives on a temporary basis, we are currently looking to add some new reliable temps to our books.



We are looking for flexible and confident individuals who have a strong background of temporary/ permanent work within manufacturing and distribution.



These roles will be located within Mid Kent, due to location (and weather!), we can only consider candidates who drive and have their own transport.



Duties for all roles will include:

* Working in a busy warehouse environment: stock takings, picking and packing orders
* Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment
* Using and setting machinery
* Using hand tools
* Driving company vehicles safely
* Maintaining top-level attention to detail when products are being prepared to be dispatched
* Packing orders safely to ensure safe transit
* Maintaining excellent customer service to reduce errors from occurring
* Any other reasonable duties or tasks required



The right candidate will have/be:

* Flexible and reliable
* Strong health and safety awareness skills
* A keen attitude to learn and develop
* Excellent customer service skills
* Practical in approach
* A meticulous attention to detail
* Ready to support your colleagues when necessary
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Forklift license (desired but not essential)



We are based in Maidstone and would be delighted to meet new candidates for registration face to face at the office, as we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service to all candidates and clients! Our temps can be sure that they will be well looked after and will be delighted to hear they will receive holiday pay on top of their hourly rate, as well as a friendly consultant on the end of the phone!



In taking on any of our temporary roles you will need to be able to commit to the full-time scale provided.
