Our client, an interesting, global organisation based in the Mid Kent area are looking to recruit a Finance Manager in a newly created role. This is an SME business who trade globally and work with recognised brands.

They are looking to bring the accounts function in house therefore require a Finance Manager to join the business and grow an internal accounts team around them.

Once in the role, you will have full autonomy on the hiring in the department as well as advising on systems and processes.

Duties will include:

* Provide monthly management accounts and forecasts
* Preparing and filing VAT and Director's personal Tax returns
* Manage accounts payable and credit control
* Manage the weekly contractor payroll
* Allocate spending budgets to each team within the organisation
* Liaise with clients and contractors as an escalation point for invoicing queries
* General account and finance duties
* Bookkeeping

Suitable candidates will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified although part qualified continuous studiers with relevant experience to match will be considered.
