Maintenance Painter - South London £18.00 - £22.00 per hour




Our client has an opportunity for a Mobile Painter in the South London area.

You will carry out repair work and deal quickly with Painting and Decorating emergencies.

Duties:
Provide a timely and effective service to the customers by routinely carrying out the following tasks on a maintenance basis when required:
Repair and maintain wall's and floors. Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports. Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures. Deal with painting and decorating emergencies when required and respond to emergencies within the designated time frames. Demonstrating an excellent understanding of the principles of providing excellent customer service.
Take the initiative to ensure that all processes, procedures and systems are carried out to the highest standard and ensuring that the service provided is in line with company standard.

Workplace Health and Safety:
Ensure all equipment is securely stored and maintained in a condition suitable for next use. Report any damage or breakage of property.
Ensure that precautions are taken to protect property.
Ensure all security measures are taken where applicable.
Ensure all maintenance and services of equipment is conducted on a regular basis and assure all set safety & security procedures are adhered to.
You will need to hold a clean full UK driving licence and be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
No qualifications need.
