Pearson Whiffin Education are working with this fantastic Swale based primary school to recruit an energetic and experienced Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate an empathetic and understanding approach to supporting young children. This is a temporary, full-time role that will start in October and run for the rest of the academic year. Candidates seeking a permanent role in January will also be considered.

The school offers the opportunity to be part of a wonderful team of supportive colleagues and work with charismatic students that are eager to learn.

Requirements for this role are as follows;

* Experience of working as a teaching assistant in a UK school
* Experience working with SEN children
* Good behavior management strategies
* Live within easy access of the Swale area
* Good, strong group or 1:1 skills
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to acquire this)
