About the role:
Are you seeking an opportunity where the business puts Health and Safety first and is committed to developing its people, building knowledge and expertise in Supply Chain Operations.

We currently have a Vacancy for an Outbound Operative on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract within our Supply Chain Warehouse Operations department at our Aylesford site.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Pick, check and prepare customer orders ready for outbound loading and despatch accurately and presented to a high standard both within the Warehouse and Outdoor Yard areas using a Voice Recognition System.

Person Specification:
Our ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, experience, skillset and
behaviours:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated Good Team Behaviours and willingness to learn.
• Ability to be trained and the use of Manual Handling Equipment.
• Computer literate – Working Knowledge of system applications.
• Good Numeracy skills.
• Keen Work Ethic and Supportive to others.
• MHE background or Willingness to Learn.


Shifts: Night Work – 10pm – 6am Monday to Friday.
40 Hours Per Week.

Salary: Up to £25,113.01 per annum, inclusive of shift allowance (BAND 1)
